How to place an order

Prices are not published on the site and there is no direct online checkout. An order is placed as follows:

Choose a product in the catalogue and send a request with the «Ask for price» button;

We reply with the current price, availability and lead time;

Once the terms are agreed, the order is registered.

Lead time

The lead time depends on whether the item is in stock. Availability is shown on the product card and on the product page:

• In stock — the item is in the warehouse and is normally dispatched quickly;
• To order — the item is brought in from the manufacturer; the exact lead time is confirmed in our reply.

Transport of bulky items such as bathtubs, shower enclosures and furniture is arranged separately.

Baku and the regions

• Baku — delivery to your address. Terms are confirmed when the order is placed.
• Regions — delivery is arranged through transport companies.
• Collection — you can pick the goods up from a showroom. The list is on the Contact page.

On receipt

Please check the packaging when you take delivery. If you find damage, note it on the delivery document and tell us straight away — this makes the case much quicker to resolve.
